Packaging & Unboxing
The box the Ferrino came in was huge brown box, weighing in at 48 pounds or 25 kgs. The top of the box has a small depiction of the Ferrino chair as well as the RapidX Ferrino product branding and the RapidX logo. Near the center of the top are the words “office and lifestyle chair.”
On the front of the box is a picture of the RapidX Ferrino that is packed in the box. In my case, it was the Red on Black design. There are also pictures that show some of the main features of the chair. For example, a picture of the chair laid back 155° and the adjustable PVC arm rests.
The left side of the box displays information such as dimensions of the package, net in gross weight the product name and material it’s made from. It also tells you the product is made in below this information, are the words “Gaming and Lifestyle Chair.” Along the bottom of the Ferrino product branding and RapidX logo. The bottom right corner you find the web address for the RapidX homepage. The right side of the box has the same information on it that the left side does.
Here is the bottom of the box. Not much to see here.
When you first open the box, you see the contents covered by a sheet of soft foam.
All contents of the package are wrapped in either plastic or soft foam.
The base of the chair is wrapped in a foam mesh.
All the hardware come packed and a smaller box. In the neck and lumbar pillows come wrapped in plastic.
The seat of the chair is also wrapped in plastic baring the RapidX logo with the armrests wrapped in soft foam. There is also soft foam encasing the seat.
The Ferrino by RapidX will comes very neatly packed, with each part individually wrapped in plastic and soft foam. All the hardware such as wheels, screws and an Allen wrench are packed in a small box along with the assembly instructions.
