Synthetic Testing

3DMark – Fire Strike

"The new 3DMark includes everything you need to benchmark your hardware. With three all new tests you can bench everything from smartphones and tablets, to notebooks and home PCs, to the latest high-end, multi-GPU gaming desktops. And it's not just for Windows. With 3DMark you can compare your scores with Android and iOS devices too. It's the most powerful and flexible 3DMark we've ever created.

Fire Strike is a showcase DirectX 11 benchmark designed for today's high-performance gaming PCs. It is our most ambitious and technical benchmark ever, featuring real-time graphics rendered with detail and complexity far beyond what is found in other benchmarks and games today"

Cinebench R15

Cinebench is a synthetic benchmark evaluates your computer's performance capabilities. It’s based on MAXON's animation software Cinema 4D, which is used by studios and production houses worldwide for 3D content creation. I ran all aspects of Cinebench. First was their OpenGL GPU test in which the Asus GTX 1080 Ti scored 157.68 fps.

Unigine Heaven

The Heaven Benchmark is a DirectX 11 benchmark designed to stress your GPU under heavy loads. The Heaven Benchmark can be used to determine the stability of a GPU under extremely stressful conditions. I ran the heaven benchmark with the Asus Strix 1080 Ti on a custom Preset, Ultra Quality, Extreme Tessellation, AA X8, in 1080p using the DX 11 API. With these settings, the Asus GTX 1080 Ti received an overall score of 3695 with an average FPS of 146.7, a minimum or 31.9 and a maximum of 281.
