Cooler Master MasterPulse Pro Headset

When one is out customizing their set up, peripherals are often over looked in one way or another. Most gamers go for the best mouse and keyboard they can get. However, when it comes to audio equipment, many overlook this and just grab something cheap that does little more than make sound come out. People often disregard the importance of a good, quality head set or pair of headphones. In a world where streaming and competitive gaming is becoming so popular the importance of a good headset can’t be overstated.
With the launch of their recent “Master” series of cases, cooling and peripherals, Cooler Master seems to understand what the PC enthusiast of today is after. This couldn’t be any clearer with the announcement of their MasterPulse Pro 7.1 surround gaming headset. Could a company make that many great products in one single line? I’d like to thank Cooler Master for sending us their MasterPulse Pro to review. Now let’s see if this headset lives up to the Cooler Master name.

GIGABYTE Radeon RX 480 G1 Gaming 8GB Graphics Card

There is no doubt that the launch of the RX 480 had been clouded in controversy. However, since then there have been a number of custom coolers as well as custom PCBs, that, with new driver support, have fixed the issues.  Among those custom cards sits the Gigabyte G1 Gaming Rx 480. Sporting the Windforce 2X cooler and up to 8gb of GDDR5, this card is designed to crush 1080p gaming. But can this sub $300 card, based on AMDs new Polaris architecture handle resolutions beyond 1080p and compete with the higher end cards the market has to offer? We’d like to thank the good people at Gigabyte for providing us with this card to review.  Now, let’s see how this card holds up to the competition.

Cooler Master MasterAir Pro Series CPU Cooler

If the vocal minority of Enthusiasts had their way, liquid cooling would be the only method used in PC’s these days. However, the cost and complexity of liquid cooling, never mind the very act of combining liquids and expensive electronics into one sentence, can be a real turn off to many builders. Air cooling is still quite popular, and has come a long way from a simple fan screwed to a chunk of aluminum bolted right over your chips. Modern incarnations of air coolers employ some fancy feats of engineering to quietly cool your rig, and Cooler Masters new MasterAir Pro series coolers have a few tricks up their sleeve. With Flexible mounting options, a hand full of continuous direct contact copper heat pipes, and some of the most advanced fans ever made, can the MasterAir series coolers be the dry cooling solution you need to cool your PC? Let’s dive in and find out!

ProClockers would like to thank Cooler Master for sending these coolers over for us to check out!

Deep Cool Captain 240 EX AIO Cooler

These days the market for All in One, or AIO Coolers is growing almost on a weekly basis. However, most of them are just more of the same, and it’s easy to tell. Especially where there are many AIO coolers today that look very much like their competitors. This is one of the many things that set the Deep Cool Captain EX apart from the rest.  With its unique “steampunk appearance”, The Captain 240 EX is far from more of the same. But is it simply the look and style of the block and pump that sets the Captain EX apart from the competition? I’d like to thank Deep Cool for sending us the Captain EX for this review.  Let’s see how the Captain EX does!

Cougar Panzer MAX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case

No matter how amazing the individual components in your computer are, the case you house them in is the most visible part the first thing everyone sees. As the home of everything except your monitor and peripherals, it’s often the first thing many builders pick out when planning a build. If you pick the container before you pick the contents, you often find yourself limited in one way or another on what you can and can’t install. With the Cougar Panzer MAX, that won’t ever be a problem! With room and flexibility to fit almost any combination of hardware and cooling you can come up with from a tiny air cooled mini-ITX to a monster Extended-ATX with quad GPUs, Cougar has you covered.

Pro Clockers would like to thank Cougar for sending us the Panzer MAX to check out, so let’s dive in and see what all the fuss is about!
