Are you on crack?

This really isnt a rant but i like what is in the news lately about the Samung/Apple trial.

I guess the Apple team tried to submit a list of witnesses the judge thought was too many and asked the lawyers if they were on crack. I guess Judge Koh isnt to be played with.

I am not an Apple hater, just not a big fan of some of the people that use them. And plus I hate the strategy Apple uses.

The new Samsung phone is no joke, it's really good. I'd have to say it's a lot better than my iPhone for sure. Only reason why I bought it is because it was the only phone on sale at the time -_-.

Reo really good companies I'm looking forward for the galaxy Note but sprint doesn't have it yet i have more then 5 years working with HTC since the mogul but the new evo LTE is useless cuz sprint doesn't have red LTE still working with the old EVO 4G , but the people that is on crack is the people that they think the new iphone 5 is going to be the ultimate phone and only gonna be a little bit better than the iPhone 4s

I know several people that were hard core iPhone users until they had a chance to use my Galaxy S3. Now they've all got the S3 :)

I was concerned about the court case, in all previous releases the judge seemed to be a HUGE Apple fangirl. But with her comment last week, maybe that has either changed or she's seeing the truth finally.

I won't disagree that some aspects are directly like the iPhone, but at the same time, Apple didn't "invent" them, they just enhanced/improved on them. Same as Samsung did. Every business compares their stuff to the competition, the bank I work for does that EVERY time a new product is offered at a competing bank, then we "one up" them. Difference is, we don't do a comparison that says Bank 1 is like this, match that or better. That was stupid of them...
