Why do you pay so much? we in my household was paying around 200$ a month for all 3 but that also was 15/1 internet, long distance phone, and 200+channels on TV. Which is still alot.

I forget but doesnt Comcast have a retention office? We were paying this price for around 8 years, till people listened to me, let me call TWC retention office, and got our internet upgraded to 35/5 (2 teirs higher) removed our phone (we got 2 magic jacks in house) and kept our cable where it was, and pay around 130-150 now.

I highly suggest you call comcast retention office, because trust me, TWC is just as bad as Comcast on pricing, and our internet sucks till TWC Maxx is rolled out everywhere but obviously will dissapear once comcast takes over probably.

My internet is fast, but I'm tied of paying so much money, only problem is that there's not much to offer around here, no fios, and no other cable, just Verizon and I'm not dropping down to 3Megs download, and less than a Meg upload lol

I might look into just getting the TV & phone, and keeping Comcast for my ISP, but that depends on the price, I'm sure they will jack it up once I drop the TV & phone

Just get a magic jack, see how it works out for you... Trust me I use 2 and it works great. that 40$ a month for phone usually turns into 40 or 60$ for the year, great service ect.

Also trust me, if I had something around here besides TWC or Verizon (non fios) id make a switch.

Fios refuses to come to the city only the suburbs and pretty much stuck the middle finger up at us LITERITALLY.

So I SERIOUSLY suggest you call the retention office to work out a deal for your bill to get lower.

Actually the girls at the Comcast office that used to be here in town, told me the phone part was only costing me $2.95 a month, I had planed to drop it, until I heard the price. For $300 a month, I could be paying for a new car lol

What I hate about Comcast, is that I'm paying for stations I never watch and they told me it's part of the package so I can't drop them. I'm hoping Google will reach here soon, it's not only faster, but also half the price of Comcast.

So did you call the rentention office yet? Takes a half hour out of your day and can save prolly 40-100$ a month depending on your plan.

just complain you pay too much for what you got ect.
Then tell them you want to keep your current plan setup but its just too expensive and try to get a new deal.

Atleast you may have the chance for google fiber or fios, google and fios will not come here till probably 2018 or later, which I find is stupid because if they came to Buffalo, they could probably work out a deal to run underwater Fiber cables into canada since i live by the peace bridge and expand into that country as well.(just a thought)

I mean hell you have Niagra falls in this area too, :( sucks not seeing fiber goto cities like my area, as we actually need some sort of better plans for our businesses and growth again.

I mean cmon, we gave you all chickenwings I mean Buffalo Wings =P
