This is a part of Kingston’s HyperX lineup and is DDR4 type. Kingston called it world’s fastest DDR4 128GB RAM kit and it runs at 3000MHz. This includes eight modules of 16GB modules and the timings on them are 16-16-16-36.
Expensive, but well woth it if you have the cash and the right motherboard.

Do know somebody who would find that useful :)But based on what most CAD users want, hopefully memory in graphics cards also reach larger capacities soon or perhaps HBM is the thing soon...
Too bad the difference in speed vs DDR3 isn't noticable in the real work

I, too, at the moment is 16 Gb DDR3 and I almost always this is enough. But I think the memory is never enough
I'll hold out until I can get the 128GB in two dimms
Who needs 128 GB's of RAM in his PC? Thats overkill
