Antec was kind enough to send us over a nice bundle of goodies specifically designed for quiet computing.
The first item is the P100 chassis. From Antec: “The P100 is an ATX case that epitomizes cool, quiet, and sophistication. It features Antec’s award winning Performance One series design and Quiet Computing™ technologies that minimize system noise.” The P100 has an MSRP of just $89.99 as well.
Next up is the Antec EDGE power supply in a 650W rating. From Antec: “Antec’s EDGE series is the pinnacle of power supplies. EDGE is fully modular with a revolutionary 18+10-pin MBU socket for the needs of tomorrow. By using a PSU that is 80 PLUS® GOLD & ErP Lot 6: 2013 certified, operating up to 92% efficient, you can reduce your electricity bill by up to 20% when compared to many other power supplies. EDGE’s innovative 16-pin sockets create a new level of flexibility by doubling the modular connectivity, supporting two different 8-pins connectors and even future connectors of 10, 12, 14 or 16-pins. All cables are darkened and also flat (except MBU cable) to become Flat Stealth Wires and are thus nearly invisible in your chassis. 2 High Current Rails and a ~99% +12V output ratio maximize EDGE’s capabilities to power the latest CPU’s & GPU’s. CircuitShield™ makes EDGE safe and reliable in any environment with its 7 industrial-grade protections. Backed by a 5 year warranty and lifetime global 24/7 support, EDGE embodies everything a power supply can accomplish today.” The EDGE series PSU’s are available in 550W, 650W and 750W variants to suit your needs with MSRP’s of $119.95, $129.95 and $149.95, respectively.
For cooling Antec supplied us with the Kuhler H2O 950 AiO CPU cooler. From Antec: “The Antec KÜHLER H2O 950 provides cooling for your CPU in a quick, easy-to-install package. Unlike traditional liquid cooling systems, this self-contained unit comes prefilled and requires no maintenance. In addition to easy installation, dual powerful PWM fans pushes air through directional blades and channels it for optimal cooling. The dual 120 mm Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) fans and extra large pump ensure quiet, efficient cooling, while the double wide radiator is equipped to cool any high performance CPU on the market. An integrated fan, pump, and radiator allows coolant to circulate through the radiator at a higher velocity which in turn increases cooling performance.” The Kuhler series is available in three models: H2O 650, H2O 950 and H2O 1250, with MSRP’s of $69, $99 and $109, respectively.
Finally Antec sent over a 3-pack of their awesome TrueQuiet 120mm fans. From Antec: “Antec’s TrueQuiet fans bring proven cooling and Quiet Computing™ to your system. Constructed for versatility, TrueQuiet fans include a convenient 2-speed switch that allows you to easily choose either silent or maximum RPM cooling. and is backed by an Antec Quality 2-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Upgrade your fans and add optimal cooling and functionality to your PC with TrueQuiet from Antec: the global leader in high-performance.” The TrueQuiet fans are available in LED and non-LED versions with MSRP’s of $12.95 for the LED versions and oddly enough $15.99 for the non-LED versions.
