Corsair Ironclaw RGB Wireless Mouse Review

Packaging & Unboxing

The Ironclaw RGB Wireless arrives in Corsair’s signature yellow and black box which has been common for the last few products we have reviewed from them. On the front of the box, is a top-down view of the Ironclaw showing its RGB Corsair logo and scroll wheel illumination. Looking to the right corner, we can see that the Ironclaw RGB Wireless is iCue compatible and utilizes Corsair’s SLIPSTREAM technology.

Flipping the box to the back we get a few more profile shots showing off some RGB elements as well as the Profile/DPI indicator. At the top of the box, some of the more notable features of the Ironclaw RGB Wireless is listed in 4 different languages. These features include 18,000 DPI, 10 programmable buttons, 50 million click-rated Omron switches and can be connected with via wire, 2.4 GHz SLIPSTREAM Wireless or Bluetooth. At the bottom, Corsair lists the systems requirements of the mouse which include USB or Bluetooth 4.0+ enabled device, Windows 7/8/10, and an internet connection to download the iCUE software.

Looking to the sides of the box we have one last profile shot of the Ironclaw showing off its blue LED Profile/DPI indicator as well as the slogan “Win Without Wires”.

When unboxing the mouse, it is packaged in a yellow cardboard insert with a plastic shell that covers the mouse.

Once all the packaging is removed, included with the Ironclaw is a warranty guide, user manual, safety & compliance information, USB to mini USB adapter, 2.4GHZ SLIPSTREAM receiver, and USB charging/data cable.
