Lexar NM610 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 500GB SSD reported an average read speed of 1,624MB/s and a write speed of 1,479.79MB/s on the sequential 1M Q8T1 test, while an average read speed of 60.63MB/s and 161.56MB/s write speed on the Random 4K Q1T1 test. Both tests were performed at default benchmark settings.
Crystal Disk Mark’s Real-World performance test reported a Sequential 1M Q1T1 read speed of 1,519.09MB/s and a write speed of 1412.93MB/s. The Random 4k test reported a read speed of 66.54MB/s and a write speed of 25.02MB/s. Random 4K IOPS read topped 15,000 IOPS, while write speed more than doubled the read result at 39,766.11IOPS.
Anvil Storage Utilities
Anvil’s Storage Utilities reported a Sequential 4MB read speed of 1,409.50MB/s and a write speed of 789.51MB/s. The Random 4k QD16 test reported a read speed of 615.01MB/s and a write speed of 821.19MB/s. 4K QD16 IOPS were at 157,433.35 and 210,223.59, respectively. Overall read performance scored 4,454.24, with write performance scoring 5,846.73 for an overall score of 10,300.

ATTO Disk Benchmark reported a 4MB read speed of 1,510MB/s and a write speed of 1,390MB/s.
PC Mark 10’s Full System Drive Benchmark reported an overall score of 1576, with an average bandwidth of 260.85MB/s and an average access time of 110-microseconds.
PC Mark 10’s Quick System Benchmark reported an average overall score of 1542 with an average bandwidth of 192.95MB/s and an average access time of just 85-microseconds.
