Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit Review

Should You Buy the Galaxy J3 Orbit?

If you like smaller Samsung smartphones and don’t want to spend too much on a device, the Galaxy J3 Orbit is a good choice.

Although the Galaxy J3 Orbit is a capable smartphone, there are other devices that win in terms of specs and prices. Take the Moto G7 Power (2019), which is under $200 and it has updated specs and OS, along with a 5,000mAh battery and much better cameras. Huawei P Smart and Honor 10 Lite are also great smartphones for around the same price with great specs.

But if you want a more capable and updated Samsung smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A10e is a better upgrade – you get more screen in the same size, more internal storage (but the same 2 GB RAM, unfortunately), a better battery and processor, and a newer OS.

The bottom line is: spend extra money on the Galaxy A10e for the better features it offers. If you cannot afford more than around $80 (the J3 current price) for a smartphone, the Galaxy J3 Orbit is a good choice, especially if you find it at a special offer from a carrier.
