Silicon Power UD70 Gen 3×4 2280 NVMe M.2 SSD Benchmarks
Crystal Disk Mark
Silicon Power’s P34A80 2TB NVMe PCIe Gen3x4 2280 M.2 SSD posted an impressive 3,349.96MB/s read speed, and an equally impressive 1,764.25MB/s write speed on Crystal Disk Mark’s Sequential 1M Q8T1 test, and similarly impressive random 4k read and write speeds of 55.98MB/s and 181.21MB/s respectively.
Crystal Disk Mark’s real-world test proved a lower metric set, but the numbers are still impressive for a sub $250 2TB 3×4 M.2 SSD. Sequential 1M Read speeds hit 1,373.81MB/s while write speeds averaged 1,288.16MB/s. Random 4K read speeds were a little higher than reported in the default test at 78.26MB/s while random 4k read speeds were drastically slower at 21.36MB/s.
Anvil Storage Utilities
Anvil’s Storage Utilities reported a Sequential 4MB read speed of 2,522.17MB/s and a write speed of 1,284.82MB/s for an overall score of 15,572.75. Sequential 4MB write IOPS (individual operations per second) averaged to 630.5 while read averaged to 321.20.
Random 4K QD4 read speeds averaged to 215.22MB/s with read IOPS posting an impressive 55,095.05, and write speeds of 744.28MB/s with iops averaging to 190,536.74.
ATTO Disk Benchmark
ATTO Disk Benchmark reported a Sequential 4MB read speed of 3,090MB/s with a write speed of 2,780MB/s.
PC Mark 10’s Full System Drive Benchmark reported an overall score of 1263, with an average bandwidth of 207.04MB/s and an average access time of 136-microseconds.
PC Mark 10’s Quick System Benchmark reported an average overall score of 2443 with an average bandwidth of 301.69MB/s and an average access time of just 53-microseconds.
