The Thermaltake ISGC-300 is a pretty decent cooler and well worth it if you can find it for under $50. In the test we saw the ISGC-300 close to that of cooler that can cost upwards of $70. The mounting is simple, fast and a no-brainer. We loved how fast we were able to get the cooler on the motherboard and ready for testing. I could see myself using the cooler in places where things are tight as it is tall and doesn’t take up as much room.
I know Thermaltake meant for the ISGC-300 to be a smaller and quieter cooler but I felt that is the fins had more surface area and a fan that has to the ability to spin a little faster and push more air it would have been a better competitor to some of the higher-priced units we put it up against.
