Packaging & Unboxing
The Level 20 RGB Gaming Mouse arrives in an all-black box which on the front showcases its many RGB zones. Looking to the bottom we find that the mouse is compatible with many different pieces of software such as TT Sync, TT RGB Plus, Razor Chroma, and Amazon Alexa.
Moving to the back of the box, we have the same photo of the mouse as the front highlighting various features labeled 1 through 6. These features include:
⦁ 50- million click OMRON engineered switches
⦁ 16.8 million color backlighting across 4 zones
⦁ Onboard profile storage for lighting effect, macros, and DPI setting.
Also included on the back of the packaging are the system requirements, package contents, and technical specifications of the Level 20 RGB Gaming mouse.
Opening the front flap we get our first look at the Level 20 Gaming mouse which is encased in a plastic shell. On the flap itself, Thermaltake goes through all the buttons of the mouse and highlight it’s many RGB zones.
Once the Level 20 RGB Gaming mouse is unpacked we find 2 Thermaltake stickers, warranty policy booklet and a user guide.
