The Patriot Viper V370 RGB Headset has multiple options to enhance your listening experience. Here I have a collection of all of the options the software has to offer.
When you first open the software there is a Information box giving you directions to help change your options.
Once you follow the directions given you will find a list of controls for the speakers: Volume control, Sample Rate, Equalizer, Viper Surround Headphone, Xear Audio Brilliant, Xear Dynamic Bass, Xear Smart Volume, and Viper Surround Max.
Volume control allows you to adjust the Master volume or adjust the left and right ear to you hearing level.
Sample Rate has the ability to change between 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, & 96 kHz. Also adjust between 16 bits & 24 bits.
Equalizer has 12 default settings as well as a manual preset which can be saved or trashed. You can save multiple manual presets.
Viper Surround Headphone simulates a multi-speaker theater surround and also gives you the ability change the room size as well as enhance with Music or Movie mode.
Xear Audio Brilliant helps restore the clarity to compressed audio.
Xear Dynamic Bass increases the bass capability of small speakers
Xear Smart Volume equalizes sound levels of music to reduce the need for volume adjustments.
Viper Surround Max is a single enhancement to your overall sound of the headset.
Now the microphone has it's own set of optional controls: Volume Control, Sample Rate, and Vocal Effects.
Volume controls has your Mic-In and Monitor volume controls.
Sample Rate has the ability to change between 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz.
