To configure the GS730’s RGB and audio, you are required to download Cooler Master’s Portal software from http://www.coolermaster.com/downloads. Once there, you will notice that there are two versions: 1.01 and 1.5.2. For the MM830, you need to download version 1.5.2. If you have older Cooler Master hardware, it is possible that you will need to run both versions. Hopefully in the future, Cooler Master will integrate all of the older products into the newer version of the software.
Upon starting the Portal software, it will automatically detect any compatible Cooler Master hardware. In our case, it detected the GS750, MM830, and MP750. Going to the first menu item “Lighting” allows you to configure the bottom ring of GS750 with any of the included profiles Color Cycle, Static, Breathing or Off.
Moving to the “Sound” menu item you can configure various aspects of your audio such as volume, gain, bass, treble, and equalization.
On the last menu item, you can set up the GS750’s onboard 7.1 surround sound.
