E-Win also does all of their own design, research, and manufacturing, by keeping the entire creation process in-house it lets them keep a stricter level of quality control which helps them outperform the competition.

As a Community, Gamers are pretty versatile. Thinking back to the Pre-DSL days we could play any game on any system, you would be at the computer lab in school playing with your friends. We’ve adapted in the last 10 years to want the best system out there, striving to  get that insane clock speed and proving your system is the best amongst your peers, but we often overlook things. One of the lesser known commodities is the chair you sit on. Think about it, whether you’re gaming, streaming, coding, overclocking or just watching videos online, you’re consistently doing one thing: Sitting. We don’t realize it but the chair we rest on is like our throne. You don’t see Kings sitting in a lawn chair. That’s why it’s crucial to spend a little more to get the maximum comfort on one of, if not THE most important aspect of our lifestyle, the chair.

RapidX Carbon Line Charcoal Grey Sleek Design Gaming and Lifestyle Chair

As gamers, we often think that the only thing in the room that matters is our gaming rig. To this day I still see gamers who have dropped well over 2000 on their components and case but are still operating it with a keyboard and mouse that cost 20 bucks at Walmart. While the current eSports trend seems to be taking care of the lack of care in purchasing peripherals there are still other areas where gamers frequently neglect their needs. One of the biggest of these is the gaming chair arena. While not all of us can afford to go drop 5 bills on a top of the line gaming chair, it is important to remember that every second you are using your rig you will be sitting in the chair of your choice. Your wallet might thank you for only spending 75 or 100 bucks on a seat right now but what will your back and rest of your body have to say 5 or 10 years (and thousands of hours of gameplay) down the road? This fact alone should have you seriously thinking about the quality of your throne, but if that isn’t enough then there is a slew of studies that show a more relaxed posture and sturdy base lead directly to better performance in gaming and better results when working behind a desk.

All of that said I know that all of us cannot afford to drop $5-600 on a fully equipped, luxury gaming throne, I mean heck some of these new chairs even come equipped with RGB accents. I am certainly as guilty as the rest of us of buying one of those cheapo 100-dollar gaming chairs off amazon, and while these are good imitations of the real thing they quickly wear out and show their cheap workmanship.

Today we will be looking at and trying out an excellent middle-of-the-road gaming chair option. Coming in at its Amazon price of $339.99 USD (down from its MSRP of $400) the RapidX Carbon is an excellent option for a mid to high-end gaming chair.

Big shout-out to RapidX for sending this awesome sample our way!

Corsair T2 Road Warrior Chair

When you think of your dream computer setup, your mind probably jumps to bleeding edge GPU’s and CPU’s, an awesome case, the biggest SSD, and so on. Of those, Corsair probably has one or more of the things you probably already have or want of theirs, Keyboards, Headsets, Power Supplies, Mice, Ram, Flash Drives, SSD’s and the list goes on. What you probably don’t think about is what you sit on. Perhaps you are using a spare dining room chair, or that one office supply store special that you don’t really feel safe leaning back in, but those really stink. Corsair is here to save the day with their new T2 ROAD WARRIOR high back chair made for comfort ‘for the long haul’.

RapidX Ferrino gaming chair 01

I’d have to say the most subjective item in any enthusiast set up must be there chair. It really is the most personal item one can buy for their set up. Everyone’s tastes and opinions of chairs differ. Especially when it comes to “gaming chairs.” Some people love them, some people hate them. Nevertheless, you can’t deny that they are very popular these days. The first racing style gaming chair was put out by Ferrari. It was simply a chair from one of their vehicles with wheels attached and it cost and absurd amount of money. It wasn’t until 2006 when DXRacer made the racing style gaming chair popular when they made it affordable. At least more affordable than the Ferrari one.

Since then, there have been several companies popping up trying to either perfect, or make even more affordable, a quality, racing chair. However, most these companies made cheap knockoffs. So, when we were contacted to review the RapidX Ferrino, I was a bit skeptical. But once I received the chair, my skepticism began to fade. Now, after a couple months of everyday use I think I’ve used The RapidX Ferrino enough to give a fair, unbiased opinion of this chair. So, let’s see if the RapidX Ferrino is just more of the same, or have the people at RapidX designed to chair that will stand out from the rest?

When choosing a gaming chair you can’t rush into buying one just by looking at it, there are several things you need to ask yourself such as, will the chair be comfortable for 12-14 hour gaming sessions, will it support my height & weight, Also is the height  of the arms adjustable  and what about the arm rests? Today we will be taking a look at the E-Blue Gaming Cobra Gaming Chair and will be answering these questions.
