Final Thoughts & Conclusion
Coming from an extra-large cloth pad, I had my reservations about a smaller hard-surfaced mouse pad. But I was thoroughly impressed with the Level 20 RGB Gaming’s accurate tracking and how effortlessly my mouse glided across it. During my testing I had zero issues with it tracking and I was able to play at my best making those clutch shots with ease. I was also worried about a smaller size mouse pad but after taking the Level 20 RGB Gaming out of the box, I knew it wouldn’t be an issue. Measuring in at 370mm x 290mm, at no point in my CS: Go matches did I even come remotely close to the mouse pad’s edge. If you are coming from a cloth mouse pad like me, you may find the Level 20 RGB Gaming Mouse Pad a little uncomfortable while you get used to the hard surface. This was more apparent at the beginning of my session and lessened near the end so over time this should be a non-issue.
If your desk is lacking in RGB, the Level 20 RGB Gaming will definitely add some color to your setup. I really liked how vivid the RGB LEDs were on the mouse pad and they were easily controlled with the provided iTake software. Out of the box, the Level 20 RGB Gaming comes with a wide area of lighting configurations with the “RGB Spectrum” being my favorite. These configurations can also be synced with your other compatible hardware providing a unified look.
