Packaging, Unboxing, and a Closer Look
Some RAM comes in a plain plastic clamshell but with the fan, Corsair had to go for a bit bigger packaging.
Included in the package:
- Two 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3733MHz RAM Sticks
- One Vengeance Airflow fan w/3 legs
- Red, Silver, and Blue rings for the Fan body
- One short 3pin Power cord extender
- Four Screws (not Shown)
There are two snazzy red lightning fast Corsair Vengeance RAM modules. No these are ours you can’t have them and they are well guarded in the lab.
Looking down from the top with the red ring installed we are liking the new fan look and the construction feels more solid than previous generation Dominator fans.
Looking like something out of Tron (The original Tron) here’s a look at the Vengeance Airflow with the two same sized legs. There is one shorter leg probably for instances where the longer leg wouldn’t fit on a tight spaced motherboard.
