MSI’s Game Boost is found on many of its motherboards so it may be familiar to you. You can go into the bios and simply click the big red button on the top left and reboot. That’s it, one step. It doesn’t get any easier.

With Intel’s Turbo Boot providing clock speeds up to 4.7Ghz, 4.8 doesn’t seem like much, but instead of one core, this is 4.8 GHz across all six cores.

We jumped back into the BIOS and nudged the CPU up a little more and managed to get a fully stable 5.1 GHz across all 12 threads.

With this new clock speed, we see out Cinebench score jump to a hair over 1600. Not bad at all!
