The hardware used to benchmark the ASUS TUF Gaming X3 RX 5700 is:

  • Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Pro Motherboard
  • Intel 9900K Processor @ Stock
  • 2 x 8GB Team Group Vulcan TUF Ram @ 3200MHz
  • Crucial P1000 M.2 NVMe
  • Cooler Master M240P Mirage AIO Cooler
  • Corsair HX750 PSU
  • Open Benchtable
  • Microsoft Windows 10

The motherboard’s BIOS has been reset to default settings with the exception of enabling XMP of our ram.

GPU Tweak II

To get the most out of your ASUS TUF Gaming X3 RX 5700 you can tune it with GPU Tweak II. GPU Tweak II first runs in “Simple Mode” which allows you to use the built-in one-click profiles OC Mode, Gaming mode and Silent mode. Also attached is a monitoring screen so that you can keep an eye on your clock rates and GPU temperature.

If you wish to have more control, you can click advanced which will bring you to a screen with a variety of sliders. This will allow you to manually turn your GPU’s boost clock, GPU voltage, memory clock, and fan speed to name a few.

Also included is a built-in GPU-Z readout giving you all the details about the ASUS TUF Gaming X3 RX 5700.

Looking at the tool’s menu, you can install some additional programs which include: XSplit, Gamecaster, AURA, and ROG Furmark.
