A Closer Look
The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro has a plastic shroud which is black with silver accents. It houses 3 x 80mm 11 blade fans with the “Gigabyte” brand in the center.
Taking a close look at the fans you will notice that the middle fan is oriented in the opposite direction as the 2 outer fans. This is Gigabyte patented “Alternate Spinning” solution which aims to provide smoother airflow and better heat dissipation than the standard configuration.
The back of the Gaming OC Pro contains an entirely black metal backplate with just the word “GIGABYTE” in the center written in white.
The side of the GPU contains the only RGB element on the card with the “GIGABYTE” brand name which is backlit located on the silver portion of the shroud. The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro is powered by a single 8-pin power connector which is on the right-hand side of the card.
The Gaming OC Pro includes 3 x Display Ports and 1 x HDMI port with the bottom 3 connectors being gold plated.
Tossing the Gigabyte RTX 2060 on the test bench, we get a look at the RGB lit side which defaults to the “Color Cycle” effect. Personally, I really like the minimal RGB on this card as it adds just the right amount of lighting without going overboard.
