Final Thoughts & Conclusion
Over the past few years Gigabyte has been putting out some impressive hardware and the RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro is no exception. Out of the box, it topped many of our RTX 2060 charts post impressive 1080/1440p framerates across the board. Even though it’s a beast with its factory boost, I was incredibly impressed with its overclocking ability. I managed to squeeze an additional 10% performance and had a record run in Timespy among the other RTX 2060s I have benched.
During all our testing the RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro was extremely quiet and with the fans only turning on once the temperature exceeds 55c. Even with the fans only reaching 50% the Gaming OC Pro was able to keep the card cool with it only ever reaching 67c. Most of the time for my overclocking session, many GPUs sounds like a jet engine with the fans set to 100%. That wasn’t the case with the Gigabyte RTX 2060 and it was by far the quietest GPU with the fans maxed out.
The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro is really the best of both worlds. It runs amazing at stock speeds boosting to 2010 MHz for the people that are not into overclocking. If you’re like me and like to push your hardware to achieve maximum performance the Gaming OC Pro will not disappoint. If you’re in the market for a 1080p/1440p graphics card add Gigabyte’s RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro to your list of ones to check out.
Exceptional job, Gigabyte!
