A Closer Look
Mimicking the aesthetics of the RTX 2060 Super Windforce, the Gaming OC sports a similar black/grey cooler shroud with the exception of having three fans instead of two.
The fans on the Gaming OC are each 80mm and feature 11-blades designed to move air smoothly through the fan blades. This, in combination with an alternate spinning middle fan helps provide enhanced airflow pressure to the cooler below.
Looking to the side of the Gaming OC, in the center, we have the only RGB element of the card with a back-lit “GIGABYTE”. Like most Gigabyte RGB hardware this can be configured using the RGB Fusion 2.0 application available on their website. To the right, we see Gaming OC has both a 6-pin and 8-pin PCIe power connector which gives it some additional power over its Windforce counterpart.
At the back of the card, Gigabyte has included a full metal black back plate protecting the full PCB with the word GIGABYTE in the center written in white.
The RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC has 5 output ports that include three DisplayPort 1.4, one HDMI 2.0b and one USB Type-C (with VirtualLink support).
Powering on the card and turning off the lights we get a look at the back-lit Gigabyte badge on the side of the Gaming OC.
