A Closer Look
Gigabyte’s RTX 2070 Gaming OC White 8G has three fans, but they have a bit of a trick. If you look closely, you’ll notice the middle one spins the opposite direction.
The darker accents are the same as the black version. You can kind of see they different fin density between the different parts of the heatsink.
It’s a bit hard to see with white on white but the center part of the card is textured with a triangle pattern.
The Windforce 3 fans have very unique blades that split airflow over the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface to enhance airflow.
The outer edge has the same dark accent but features a Gigabyte logo.
I/O ports are protected with rubber caps out of the box.
Gigabyte gives you the RTX standard port load-out. Three DisplayPort 1.4, a single HDMI 2.0b and a USB type-C that supports Virtual Link.
Power is provided by an 8-pin and 6-pin, but Gigabyte has diagnostic LED’s on each port. The light being off is ‘good’, on is disconnected and blinking indicates an issue.
The Gigabyte logo lights up in RGB and is controllable from the RGB Fusion utility Gigabyte provides.
